Maple Syrup

The Wagners have been managing and harvesting sap from their 60 acres of mature Maple forest since 1977. During the sap season, each boil is packed separately and dated then stored for future packing. The wide variety of grades of Syrup are on full display from Golden through to Extra Dark.
The Wagners have been a continual member of Ontario Maple Syrup Producers of Ontario for many years and follow the standards to ensure consistent quality Syrup.

Twenty five years ago, a young couple named Sam and Jane moved to the country with little more than passion and love for farming and good food, and took up farming a run down strawberry farm with their two small children in tow. Over the years they poured their hearts into working the land, growing the best quality fresh produce possible and opening up their farm to the local communities around them. As their farm grew, so did their knowledge of farming, along with their children.
